After the returned item arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected before a refund is issued. This process typically takes up to 7 business days.
If you are using an overseas credit card, currency conversion charges and bank or credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
Product Issues or Defects
If you believe your product has a fault or quality issue, please contact our support team. You may be asked to provide additional information such as photos, videos, or the product serial number to help us assess the issue.
If the return is approved due to a verified defect, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.
