Are your headphones fully functional?
Fully Functional Means:
- Headphones are able to power on, charge, and are able to hold charge (LED comes on when charging).
- Original charging case is included and is in good working condition i.e. charges both In-ears, hinge opens and close cleanly, no corrosion on the connectors, and pairs with the headphones).
Are your headphones in good physical condition?
Good Physical Condition Means:
- The headphones are not cracked, chipped, smashed, and the casing is not cracked.
- The headphones do not have heavy wear (light wear can be accepted).
- The original headphones charging case is not physically damaged, including no frame cracks.
- No corrosion or water damage.

Great going! You are half way through your Trade-in assessment. If you do not wish to proceed further, simply close this, and your assessment will not be included with our order. Alternatively, please follow below steps to complete your submission. :
- We'll grab your contact details and address and share with our partner, Moorup, to start the return set up for your trade-in headphones.
- You'll receive further instructions on completing your trade-in from Moorup by email. Complete Trade-in T&Cs can be found here.
- Once Moorup receives your headphones, and validates the condition and your identity, we will issue the refund to the same payment method as this transaction. How Moorup handles your personal data can be found here.

We need a few details to complete your trade-in request. Your information will be securely handled in accordance with Moorup's Privacy Policy.

Prepare my Headphones
Prepare to return your headphones.
The final step is to prepare your headphones for returning to Moorup.
Return your headphones at local post office
Once submitted, we'll email you a barcode you can take to any New-Zealand Post location to return your headphones. All postage costs are covered by Moorup.
Disable Activation or Device Lock.
Before returning your headphones, all activation and headphones locks must be disabled. If a returned headphones is still locked, it will be assessed with a trade-in value of $0.

Your trade-in request is received
Thank you for completing your trade-in assessment. Once your headphones are received and validated, $250 will be refunded to the payment method used to buy the Sennheiser headphones today.
What's next?
You'll receive an email with the next steps. We'll need to verify your identity and once complete you'll receive pre-paid return postage details. Then it's time to drop that old pair of headphones off to New-Zealand Post.
When will I receive my payment?
Once we receive a thumbs up from Moorup, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days.
